Welcome to BAITCRATE. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and subscription services. By signing up, browsing, or purchasing from BAITCRATE, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

BAITCRATE offers a monthly subscription box service delivering curated fishing tackle and gear. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the next shipment cutoff.

• First box is free — you pay only $6.99 shipping.
• Subsequent boxes are billed at the monthly plan rate.
• Billing occurs at the start of each subscription cycle.
• You may cancel at any time before your next box ships.

Signing up for a subscription authorizes us to charge your payment method each month until the subscription is canceled. All sales are 100% final once the charge is processed. It is the member's responsibility to cancel their subscription prior to their next charge. We do not issue refunds for processed subscription charges.

The “first box free” promotion is intended for new subscribers only. The promotional code must be applied at checkout. Shipping fees still apply. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders where the subscription is canceled before fulfilment or where promotional abuse is suspected.

All boxes are shipped via standard US carriers. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. You will receive tracking information via email once your box ships.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. To avoid being charged for the next box, cancellation must occur before the billing date. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for defective or missing items.

Box contents vary monthly and are curated based on seasonality, availability, and the species preferences you select. While we aim to meet stated value targets, exact items may differ from promotional imagery. All gear is sourced from reputable manufacturers.

All content on this website — including logos, branding, images, and text — is the property of BAITCRATE and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

BAITCRATE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the current billing period.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
